Frequently asked questions

The things people usually ask before booking an electrician. Can't find your answer? Call us on (03) 5221 0184.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. All work is carried out by a fully REC licensed electrician and we carry full public liability insurance. Every job is finished with a certificate of electrical safety where required.

How does your pricing work?

We quote the job, not the hour. For most work we give you a fixed price up front so you know the cost before we start. Callouts for small jobs start from $99, with the exact figure confirmed before any work begins.

How quickly can you come out?

We aim to offer same-day or next-day callouts across Geelong and the Bellarine for urgent jobs. Book online or give us a call and we'll find the earliest window that suits you.

Do you do emergency electrical work?

Yes. If you've lost power, have a burning smell, sparking, or a board that keeps tripping, call us straight away. Until we arrive, switch the main switch off at the board if it's safe to do so.

Do you upgrade old switchboards?

Absolutely, it's one of our most common jobs. We replace old ceramic-fuse boards with a modern switchboard fitted with safety switches and circuit breakers that meet current standards.

Can you install an EV charger at home?

Yes. We supply and install home EV chargers, including the dedicated circuit and a load assessment to make sure your supply can handle it and your car charges safely overnight.

What areas do you cover?

We service Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula and the Surf Coast, including Newtown, Highton, Belmont, Ocean Grove, Torquay, Leopold and Armstrong Creek. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask.

How do I pay?

We accept card, cash and bank transfer. For most jobs payment is due on completion once you're happy with the work.
